Shipping policy

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed via the Olimena webshop ("we", "us", "our").

We strive to process and deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible.


2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within:

In most cases, the rule is: ordered on working days before 15:00, shipped the same day. However, this is a guideline. Times may vary.

Your order will be shipped after processing. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on:

  • Destination
  • Weight and size of the package

Free shipping on orders over €50.


4. Delivery times

The estimated delivery times are:

Please note: delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors such as carriers, customs, or busy periods.


5. Shipping and carriers

We work with the following carriers:

  • PostNL

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code.


6. Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Customs processes
  • Force majeure (such as strikes, extreme weather conditions)

7. Customs, import duties, and taxes

For international orders, additional costs may apply, such as:

  • Import duties
  • VAT
  • Customs fees

These costs are the responsibility of the customer.


8. Loss or damage

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk generally lies with the customer, unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory consumer law. If your order arrives damaged:

  • Include photos of the product and the packaging

9. Incorrect address

The customer is responsible for correctly entering the delivery address.

In the event of an incorrect address:

  • Additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer
  • We are not liable for loss of the order

10. Uncollected packages

If a package is not collected or refused:

  • Return costs and administrative fees may be deducted from the refund
